Ryan Companies was founded in 1938 by James Henry Ryan. Ryan Companies US, Inc. opened it’s Arizona office in 1994 in Phoenix with just three employees in order to complete work on four stores for Target, which was expanding its presence in Arizona. Today the office has grown to 85 employees and has completed 13 million square feet of development.
